ZaUtre was founded in 2015 and since then has strived to create sustainable solutions for businesses in the e-commerce space. We started at the sub-contractor level on various digital projects, but have recently focused on working with direct clients, drawing on our experience and solid team.
It is the team that is a key concept in our work. We have chosen to grow moderately rather than spontaneously because every member of the organisation is important and special to us. Our results are linked not only to the work done, but also to the satisfaction of our employees. We have tried to build a very friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable and gets the attention and treatment they need. We never leave our people in a difficult moment and are always ready to help. We celebrate together and face challenges together. On our team, we are friends, family even. Of course we manage to maintain this closeness from a distance. We offer flexible work-from-home opportunities and regular team-building events. Otherwise, our office is infinitely cosy and comfortable, and our dog Arthur helps to make the atmosphere pleasant.
