I've always worked in integration and automation, and as a result I've witnessed major technological changes in the industry. However, it was only at Workato that I saw an opportunity for integration and automation technologies to be usable by every employee in a corporate organization.

Workato truly supports employee growth and strives to ensure that our interests and skills match. The company facilitates transfer between different positions, so if I see myself developing well in a marketing role for example, Workato will do everything it can to make that transfer happen. Alternatively, if I have strengths that would be better suited to another role that isn't currently available, the company will try to create a new role that matches those skills.
