Work from home
Our company has always supported working from home, and currently employees have complete freedom to choose whether to visit our offices or work entirely from home.
Flexible Working Hours
We have faith in our employees, we rely on people's self-awareness by providing the option of working 8-10 to 4-8, and if 3 hours of work are done for the day, the employee can leave without a non-working day. Hours are processed until the end of the year as the system is reported at the end of the year.
