Our main product is a SaaS Live-chat platform, consisting of two main parts - a chat widget that integrates into our customers' website (through it visitors can start a chat and ask their questions) and an administration panel for sales experts, through which agents respond to website visitors. The main service derived from the product is 24/7 live-chat customer support lead generation. Our chat experts cover multiple industries and languages.
