Additional information:
In 2020, the company switched to a fully remote form of work, with our employees working from convenient locations - different cities in the country and beyond. The working hours are flexible, as the day can start in the range of 8-10am and end at 5-7pm. We work with clients from all over the world, with long-term projects involving clients in Japan, Singapore and Thailand. We follow agile methodology and maintain a flat management structure.
Despite working remotely, the team meets twice a year in selected locations around the country for team building. Periodically we also conduct online forms of teambuilding to diversify and bring the team together. We also offer additional technical courses to touch up the professional training of our staff.
