Is there an advantage to working for a Japanese company?
Olga Mizinova
There is a lot of similarity in technological thinking between the software and hardware engineers in our offices in Bulgaria and Japan, and being a global company is an advantage especially in that you meet different cultures and people.
Why have you been with Wacom Bulgaria for almost 10 years?
Antoaneta Stoyanova
Because of my colleagues, the opportunity to develop and the freedom to apply new techniques and methods. Because what I say is heard and this creates the conditions for me and my team to grow.
Why is WILL technology cool? Is it actually cool?
Milen Metodiev
Because it is a long-term project, in which continuous improvement and enrichment of the technology is sought according to the application and the user's needs.
Why did you choose to work at Wacom Bulgaria? Did you come back to the country from Canada because of us?
Andrey Mitov
I didn't leave Canada for Wacom, but I started here because it's a company I've been familiar with since the early stages of my career, I'm a fan of the solutions, I'm actually part of the community that the products are made for and that's a prerequisite to support colleagues and offer solutions that optimize their workflow. The future of digital technology is yet to come and for me, the opportunity to develop a team with an international focus to make a mark on the industry is a serious advantage.
Why do you come to the office every day even though we have the option of working entirely from home?
Maya Blazheva
It's easy, I come because I enjoy meeting my colleagues, because of the social contact and the atmosphere we create, because of the amazing working environment and because I believe it makes it easier to work with a smile. 😊
You are a new employee at Wacom Bulgaria, why did you choose us?
Kalina Lentiva
The position is very similar to what I've done and provides an opportunity to expand my experience, and the firm is looking to the future with the digital solutions it offers partners. In the interview process everyone was extremely positive and now I can see that the working environment is a reflection of that, people are positive and I feel comfortable with you.
Why do your colleagues associate you with the Pesholevki? What is the story behind them?
Petar Atanasov
The Peso is the official currency we trade in the company for any minor services provided by me. h Of course it all started as a joke in a friendly circle, even before I started in the company, but it turned out to be fun that at Wacom my colleagues and I break our routine and bond, I even got a Pesholevka with my picture as a gift for my wedding.
What are the challenges of working as a remote representative for our UK team?
Nia Grozeva
The challenges are that I don't have common projects with the people in Sofia, but this way I create social contacts with the team, a reason why I like coming to the office
