Annual leave
Our employees have 25 days paid annual leave. For the most dedicated and motivated, we often give bonus leave.
Work from home
Remote working is possible for any employee as long as their position allows it and/or the project they are working on does not require the use of specialised equipment.
The ability to work from home is considered on an individual basis and is used in consultation with a manager.
Flexible Working Hours
The working hours are organised in an 8 hour working day, five days a week.

The engineering work on a dashboard involves very careful analysis of critical functionality so that we can select materials, design, hardware circuitry and software to ensure timely and reliable warnings when a problem occurs in any of the vehicle's systems.
Displays
Most of the LCD displays in cars are flat, rectangular and low resolution. However, as cockpit electronics become an intelligent mobile digital assistant, we have a greater need for larger displays with higher resolution and more attractive designs.
New generation products are curved and offer high resolution and contrast at much larger sizes than current displays.
Visteon is one of the largest suppliers of automotive displays to the industry and has many years of experience in critical aspects of automotive electronics development such as crash safety, long life, resistance to extreme temperatures and vibration.
Integrated Solutions
Modern in-cabin electronics solutions are focusing more on architectures with multiple displays (dash, center, rear and head-up displays) managed by a single controller with two powerful processors for data processing and graphics.
This combination enables faster and more secure information processing, highly configurable content presentation, wireless software upgrades, and all at a lower cost and with less power consumption.
Electrification
Projects in the field of electrification complement the Bulgarian center's rich portfolio, which also includes products and systems for driver assistance, next-generation smart displays and integrated solutions for optimal mobile vehicle connectivity and driving safety.
These include the market's first smart battery management systems, efficient electrical power distribution systems enabling high-speed vehicle charging and a so-called "power electronics" three-in-one solution that combines the control and distribution systems as well as the electric vehicle's power converter.
The company's portfolio includes products for the next generation of electric vehicles that increase battery capacity, reliability and life, contributing to high vehicle efficiency, safety and reliability.
Here, more than 700 engineers manage the complete product cycle, locally designing, developing and testing more than 250 global and regional high-tech projects that support the transformation of today's vehicles in terms of digitalization and electromobility.
