The company has been fully remote since its inception and this is embedded in all processes from candidate interviews to day to day tasks. We give our employees the freedom to work when and where they want, as long as deadlines are kept in mind and when they need to sync up with a colleague.
We limit meetings as much as possible, for things that can be solved asynchronously and try to reduce administrative stuff to the absolute minimum so we can concentrate on core tasks.
