Annual leave
Each employee shall begin with 20 days paid annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each subsequent year in the copayment, to a maximum of 25 days.
Work from home
Work from office - 1 day per week.
We don't have a policy to work exclusively remotely, but we remain flexible with our employees.

Working hours are flexible, depending on the projects and locations you are working with can determine the start of the day and its end, but it is necessary to do this in the daylight hours.

We help banks and insurance companies streamline their physical presence and offer a high level of customer service through centralized virtual service centers.
