Over the years, it has released over 20 titles, starting with smaller games and moving up to ones with huge open worlds, in various genres, for almost all known platforms and using a wide range of technologies. Ubisoft Sofia develops its expertise and creativity in brands such as Tom Clancy's®, Prince of Persia®, and Assassin's Creed®.
Ubisoft Sofia has over 9 years of experience in creating games in the Assassin's Creed® universe. The studio has made significant contributions to some of the most popular titles in the series such as Black Flag, Origins, and Valhalla. In her role as Ubisoft's principal studio, Sofia led the development of Assassin's Creed Liberation and Assassin's Creed Rogue, as well as the mythological sequel to Assassin's Creed Origins, The Curse of the Pharaohs. The studio's success continues with its codebase role in the creation of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and its second episode "Pentagon, The Last Castle "in 2019, with the studio again taking the lead development role. The latest achievement of the Sofia teams is the creation of the most ambitious expansion ever made in the history of Assassin's Creed - AC Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarök, released in March 2022. Currently, Ubisoft Sofia is actively working in the development of the latest anticipated title in the series - Assassin's Creed Mirage.
