We try to be in the office for 3 days, but we don't keep track.
Flexible working hours
We're pretty flexible- there are some fixed appointments and we don't keep track of whether you have a dentist in the morning or a master in the afternoon. Do we meet our goals, super. But we're also looking for responsible people who work well with others in sync, which isn't just evenings and weekends.

Here- There has a mobile app which is something between (hang on) LinkedIn, Tinder & Discord :) Our focus is the professional growth of young people (LinkedIn), but with an interface optimized for meaningful connections that they like more (Tinder) and with community elements (Discord)- without selling them the data or inundating them with advertising. Effectively, we are a 3- sided marketplace where people, businesses and organizations come together to provide opportunities for youth to grow.
If we haven't scared you off yet, let us share that our goal is to reach 100 000 youth per year. We want to become the operating system of the youth of Bulgaria so that 2- 3hrs a week they can think about their development.

We work in 3 areas:
- Education (https://fund.bg/)- higher education scholarships and other non-formal education programs.
- Professional development- online and offline access to leading companies; our most famous initiative here is called Kosher (https://hive.bg/), the largest business event in Bulgaria
- Informal mentoring- year-round access for youth to over 30 000 people who want them to succeed through our mobile app (https://tuk-tam.bg/app). It's also our product, which is the foundation on which we build our strategy to be in every young person's pocket
We're a mostly female team, except for 2 brave young men- hopefully you'll be the third :)
But we're also not looking for someone who just keeps time, but someone who embraces the idea and wants to change the trajectory of tens of thousands of young people in Bulgaria- and then beyond!
