Annual leave
Employees have 20 days paid annual leave. For each year worked in the company, each employee receives +1 day. The maximum number of days is 30.
Work from home
Working from home when required is acceptable.
Flexible Working Hours
Flexible working hours are possible. Standard working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00. Employees have the option of coming in earlier and leaving earlier or coming in later and leaving later. The goal is to have 8 productive hours per day.
