For the first year in the country, TechExperts, a leading global provider of specialized services for the tech industry, and Microsoft are collaborating to recruit more women into the IT industry through the Microsoft Lear program.

The training program recruits, develops and trains women for jobs in the technology industry. TechExperts launched it as a pilot in Nigeria in 2019 and to date, 28 women have successfully completed the curriculum and practical projects incorporating scenarios from real work environments.

This year, the 16-week training will support 45 women in three of TechExperts' locations - Bulgaria, Nigeria and Rwanda, with Bulgaria being one of them for the first year.
