By saying 'bye bye bureaucracy', we want to free online retail entrepreneurs from unnecessary processes and regulations so that they can fully focus on their core business and not on bureaucracy.
The company started by building a product to help online retailers comply with regulations around European VAT directives. In 2022 we changed direction and focused on transforming our products. From software for compliance with regulations around VAT directives in the European Union to providing comprehensive software focused in the areas of tax and accounting.

As a remote-first company, we put teamwork and total results at the center of our culture. Our head office is located in Hamburg Germany, and our team has grown from 50 to around 140 people within a few years. Our team has diverse backgrounds and nationalities, but we are united by the same mission - to build the "gold standard" for tax and accounting in European ecommerce.
At the heart of our success is our software: developed using Java and Javascript, based on AWS with Clean Code principles applied.
