Annual leave
Globally, we have an unlimited leave policy at Section io. To be clear, this means that Section employees, no matter which department, have no less than the legally mandated leave. We do not track leave used.
We want and expect everyone to use their days for whatever is needed, sickness, vacations, kids, personal time, or anything else. Our recommendation is for 15-30 days during the year, but of course days can vary. Officially, paid leave days are unlimited.
The leave period given is just a suggestion to encourage employees who have concerns about our expectations. Section expects its employees to participate in creating a great company and to take care of themselves in the meantime.
Work from home
Section is a 100% remote company, employees will work remotely.
