Annual leave
Annual leave in the company increases with years of experience.
As a standard, colleagues start with 20 days paid annual leave.
On their third year with the company, they receive two more days per year, and after 5 years with the company, annual leave becomes 25 working days.
Work from home
At Scalefocus, we have a flexible model to work from anywhere.
Flexible working hours
Working hours are partially flexible.
The working day starts in the morning between 08:00 and 10:00 and ends between 17:00 and 19:00, depending on the start.
