25 days paid annual leave.
Work from home
People based outside Switzerland work from home. Trips to Switzerland are on average 3-4 days every 2 months for general team meetings.
Flexible Working Hours
There are no fixed working hours, but any deviations from the normal working day from 9:00 to 18:00 are agreed individually and coordinated with the team. We currently have people who rest 2 days a week and work weekends, people who work 60% and 80%.
