The structure of the hospital includes 9 clinics, with 10 clinical departments in various subspecialties of pediatric diseases, a clinical laboratory, an X-ray department, virological and microbiological laboratories.
Unique and unique in the country are a cytogenetic and screening laboratory for newborn children with hypothyroidism, centers for follow-up of kidney and liver transplanted children, a rheumatology clinic, hemodialysis and clinical genetics departments.
