Work from home
We have a hybrid work structure that allows flexibility between working from home and in the office.
Once the Sofia office is established in the third quarter, you will be expected to be in the office once a week.
Flexible Working Hours
Hybrid working model. Currently fully remote, but in Q3 we will provide an office in Sofia and you are expected to travel to the office 1 day per week.
Employees are given the opportunity to work when they are most efficient but must be online during core hours and for critical meetings.
