Proxiad is the people who work here. I've never seen a team anywhere else where people are so close and so supportive of each other. Each of us is important- because of who they are, and what they do - and our ambitions and desires too. There is always room for growth at Proxiad.

I started as an intern at Proxiad , after learning that the company runs various courses at the FMI of Plovdiv University, as well as organizing internship programs. Thanks to the modern technologies and trainings, the pleasant atmosphere and supportive colleagues, as well as the company's motivation for the development of young people in the IT industry, I was able to quickly develop my skills and apply them to real projects.

Proxiad has people with a wealth of experience who will always help you gain new knowledge about a technology or raise the quality of the code you write. This forms an environment where you can grow exponentially.

At Proxiad, I am able to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal commitments, allowing me to feel fulfilled and productive in both my work and personal life. The company actively collaborates with universities, which gives me the opportunity to teach and share my knowledge with students - an extremely inspiring experience. This not only motivates and develops me professionally, but also makes me feel useful to society.

What I really like about my job is the friendliness, professionalism and motivation of the people I work with. Proxiad is a great place for both highly skilled professionals and young colleagues just entering the field, giving them the opportunity to realize, develop and upgrade their skills through various trainings and mutual support in the work process.

I started working at Proxiad in the middle of the pandemic when the office was empty. I hadn't met colleagues outside my team for months. However, as I began to get to know them one by one, it was very easy to make friends. The people at Proxiad make the company really special and the atmosphere is different from what I've seen at other companies - here we're cool, friendly and casual.

I am very glad that Proxiad gave me the opportunity to learn the basics of software testing and then apply my knowledge in a real project.
