Annual leave
As a standard, everyone is entitled to 25 days paid annual leave.
For each year of service with the company, the employee receives an additional 1 day of paid annual leave, up to a maximum of 5 days of service leave.
3 additional days for the times when we are unable to work, unable to go to the doctor and need to take time off.
For participation in volunteer initiatives - 2 more days of leave.

Ontotext develops products and solutions using semantic technologies and artificial intelligence. These include non-relational databases (NoSQL), text analytics and machine learning algorithms (NLP), application programming interfaces (APIs) and tools that can be used to create technology solutions in organizations that handle large volumes of documents and diverse data.
One of Ontotext's products, GraphDB, is the only database that can extract new semantic relationships in large volumes of dynamically changing data. It is globally recognized for its speed and reliability under huge workloads, queries and real-time transactions.
The company's key products and services are:
1.GraphDB - GraphDB™ is Ontotext's leading RDF (Resource Description Framework) database for creating so-called "knowledge graphs". GraphDB allows linking a variety of data, indexing it for semantic search, and enriching it through text analysis to create large knowledge graphs.
2. Ontotext Refine - Ontotext Refine is a data correction and classification tool. It helps to automatically update and correct data in databases using semantic technologies and intellectual algorithms. It can be used for various purposes such as data quality improvement, data refresh and classification and information retrieval.
3. Ontotext Metadata Studio - Ontotext Metadata Studio is a manual annotation tool that allows organizations to integrate and evaluate any text analytics service on the market against the credible information they have.
4. Ontotext Platform - Ontotext Platform is a comprehensive semantic data processing platform. It includes multiple tools and technologies for semantic text analysis, information extraction, classification, indexing, cataloging, and metadata maintenance.
OntoText also uses semantic technologies to build technology solutions around our clients' business needs. We use methods based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) analysis - semantic tagging, content recommendation, content classification and recommendation, insights engines, metadata management, data enrichment and linking, data publishing.
