At Novarto Academy, we provide an opportunity for IT students or self-learners with little or no experience as programmers to gain valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work in a real working environment and on a real client project. Trainees are trained by Novarto professionals with extensive experience and innovative thinking, who provide all the necessary tools for the desired career development. The Academy values personal qualities such as curiosity, drive for career development, motivation and desire to work in a team. During the 6-month training, trainees are paid a salary, and upon completion, successful trainees will have the opportunity to stay with the Novarto team.
