Work from home
The company has not maintained a physical office since 2019. Team members are free to choose which part of the world they work from.
Flexible Working Hours
Our official working day is 8 hours, but in reality this depends on the online meetings and tasks of each person in the team for that day.
In the morning, we usually start between 8 and 10 am (but don't schedule team meetings and online ops before 10) and end the day between 5 and 7 pm accordingly. We don't have a practice of tracking the amount of time employees spend in front of the monitor - we focus on results, not the amount of hours.
Because we operate fully remote long before the pandemic and believe this is the successful model for a profitable business, we rely on the accountability and professionalism of each team member. We have no pretensions about whether you work from a co-working space in the centre of Sofia or from a beach in Bali, when you go on lunch break and for how long.
