TAXATION
The Modeshift platform works on the basis of user profiles. The profiles store data about the passenger, available subscriptions, validity of travel documents and more - both in open-loop (bank card) and closed-loop charging systems.
The platform supports flexible fare policies - transfers, discounts, pick-up/drop-off billing and more.
MOBILE TICKETS
We've decided to combine journey planning and ticket purchasing in one app to provide a complete and seamless experience: search for a bus and route, buy your ticket and validate with the same app and with as few clicks as possible.

AUTOMATIC VEHICLE LOCATION
We strive to simplify fleet management while incorporating all the functionality needed to operate efficiently.

The system is designed to provide administrators with unrestricted access to information. Each event or operation is recorded in real time and organized in the reports menu.
Information can be exported with a single click to a CSV file format, allowing administrators to use popular software applications such as MS Excel or Power BI for additional customizations.

Moodshift was founded in 2017 with the idea of making cities smarter. We found that globally, mid-sized cities (population 100-500k) suffer from problems that are similar to those in large cities, but there are no adequate solutions to them in the market.
Over time, we have focused on solving problems in urban transport. Our company is a product company, decisions are made in Bulgaria. We have more than 30 cities in the US and Europe operating with the Modeshift system.
We strive as hard as we can to help people and make public transport more attractive and user-friendly.
