Flexible Working Hours
The working day at MM Solutions starts between 08:30 and 11:30 and ends between 17:30 and 20:30 respectively, with additional flexibility possible in consultation with the line manager and depending on the project.

MMS Star Camp
Among the Company's successful career projects is the MMS Star Camp. For more than 5 years, the training has provided dozens of students and beginners with the chance to reach their potential. The Camp gives the opportunity for a successful start of their IT career and realization in MM Solutions.
Each edition of the camp focuses on one of the following training programs: С Programming, Linux Kernel, Image Processing.
- C Camp - builds basic knowledge in C programming language and Embedded programming.
- IQ Camp - prepares specialists dealing with camera tuning on mobile devices (Image Processing & Image Quality Tuning).
- Linux Kernel Camp - builds knowledge in Unix Shell, Linux OS Setup, Userspace Programming in C, Linux Kernel Programming
Trainings are completely free and are held in an in-person or online format several times throughout the year.
At MM Solutions we believe that knowledge should be accessible to all. That's why we created the MMS Brain Tech series.
Our goal is to make the IT community aware of the different specifics of algorithms in the digital world around us and their role in embedded camera software development.
The initiative also includes a mini-algorithm tournament open to all participants. The best solutions are awarded.
MMS Brain Tech speakers are proven experts from our algorithmic team.
