Annual leave
Merkle Bulgaria offers 25 days paid annual leave to its employees.
3 separate Wellness days during the year. Days when we can get away from the computer and take a well-deserved break.
If we have used all 25 days of our annual paid leave by the end of November in a given year, we also get the days between Christmas and New Year added to our annual paid leave.
Work from home
We follow a hybrid model - Merkle Bulgaria employees can choose to work entirely from home, combine with coming to the office or be entirely from the office.
