Annual leave

Work from home
At Live Interactive Software we have a hybrid working model where we have one day in the office during the week.
In a year we are allowed to work 4 weeks full remote.
Flexible Working Hours

- Entirely positive - a pleasant and informal environment where everyone on the team is important.

- It sounds trite but the team is friendly - everyone is helpful and always very prompt to help.
- What impressed you about our working model?
- The flat working model allows people to communicate easily with each other. Which predisposes everyone to grow and become better in whatever direction they are interested in.
- What part of our mission do you find yourself most connected to?
- I was most impressed with the mission to have the most robust product made with the latest technology.
- What are the best achievements in our team?
- The fact that we built a product from scratch in one year that works with tens of millions of transactions - I definitely count that as an achievement.
- What about the company inspires you?
- The opportunity to work with very experienced colleagues and on projects that need to process millions of rekeyings per day.
- What resources have you benefited from/would you benefit from through our team?
- Colleagues are a huge resource that I use on a daily basis. People with vast experience in the IT industry - you can learn a lot from them
- Which of the company's acquisitions matter most and why?
- For me, 25 days vacation is a very important benefit. The other important benefit is the mixed work model - office, home-office. Last but not least, the office has fruit, nuts and other things to eat.
- What is the most unique part of working here?
- I'm probably repeating myself, but no way. The team is friendly, the work is interesting, the conditions are super - that's enough for me to call the whole job unique.
- How have you grown professionally working with us?
- When I started 2 years ago I was hoping to learn a lot, but I didn't expect to learn so much so quickly and so many new technologies. The projects are interesting and challenging it develops people extremely fast.
