As a DevOps Engineer at ZigiWave, you’llwork with cutting-edge cloud technologies to drive efficiency, automation, andcustomer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and scaling ourintegration platform, which connects the most widely-used tools in IT ServiceManagement (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Application PerformanceMonitoring (APM), and DevOps, helping organizations streamline their operationslike never before.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build & Maintain Infrastructure: Develop, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Develop CI/CD Pipelines: Design and implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, both for cloud and on-prem solutions, ensuring quality and security at every step.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with R&D teams and product management to deliver seamless integration solutions and achieve project goals.
• Support & Document: Collaborate with the NOC team to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud environments, while creating clear and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

Requirements of the role:

• Cloud Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including the ability to design and develop secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Unix & Networking Proficiency: Strong experience with Unix-based systems and a solid understanding of networking principles.
• DevOps Mindset: Experience with CI/CD tools and a good grasp of the HTTP protocol, web applications, and cloud-native architectures.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, script, andautomate tasks for maximum efficiency.
• Collaboration Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, witha passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Agile Understanding: Basic understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
