At Yotpo, we’re on a mission to help brands strengthen relationships with their customers through innovative retention marketing solutions. As part of our Loyalty Product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty experience by creating intuitive, thoughtful, data-informed, and customer-centric designs that directly influence product strategy and customer outcomes. This role is central to Yotpo’s growth and impact, giving you the opportunity to partner closely with Product and Engineering to craft meaningful user experiences and deliver real value.

Relevant experience and mindset:
Design craft: You bring a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and a clear point of view. You’re fluent in UX and visual design, and comfortable moving from ideation to high-fidelity execution.
Experience: You have a minimum 4+ years of designing digital products, preferably in fast-paced, agile environments. Experience in B2B SaaS is an advantage.
Collaboration: You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to navigate the dynamics of working closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders. You understand how to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to move work forward effectively.
Mindset: You are curious, humble, and proactive. You take strong ownership of your work and drive initiatives forward. You are comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex challenges, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and iteration.
Communication: You’re a clear communicator and effective storyteller who can articulate the “why” behind your design decisions to different audiences.
Tools: You’re fluent in Figma and other modern design and AI prototyping tools.
