    As a leader in our Platform Engineering group, you’ll shape how hundreds of engineers work daily, influencing everything from self-service platforms and golden paths to CI/CD pipelines and cloud architecture.

    This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define and drive critical initiatives that truly move the needle.

    You Are:

    • An experienced backend engineer (5+ years) in Java, Ruby, PHP, or similar, with deep expertise in OOP, design patterns, and writing clean, maintainable code.
    • Proficient in microservices architecture, API-first design (REST, Messaging, Sync/Async), and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Experienced (2+ years) working with AWS, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Hands-on with GitOps practices and building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
    • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
    • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Developer Productivity initiatives.
    • Knowledge of Kafka / MSK / SQS, Spring Boot / Gradle, or Golang.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Familiarity with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
    • Background working in global or distributed teams.

    You Will:

    • Build and promote self-service platforms (e.g., Backstage, Helm Charts) and Golden Paths for engineering teams
    • Help evolve developer experience tools like Okteto, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, and CI/CD pipelines
    • Develop high-quality libraries, API guidelines, and documentation to accelerate R&D velocity
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve infrastructure, scalability, and developer productivity
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, cost-efficient cloud architecture
    • Track KPIs and developer satisfaction, using data to drive continuous improvement
