The impact you’ll make:

You will be at the core of shaping the future of cloud-native platforms at Yettel. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll lead the charge in building resilient Kubernetes environments, modern CI/CD pipelines, and scalable internal developer platforms that empower our infrastructure and development teams.

What you’ll do:

• Architect, design, and deploy secure and scalable Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Lead platform engineering initiatives and optimize existing workloads.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure “secure by design” implementations.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Develop automation and self-service tooling to improve the developer experience.
• Ensure all systems are supported with high-quality documentation.
• Continuously seek optimization opportunities and contribute to a NoOps vision.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Cloud-Native Expertise: You are fluent in the language of modern cloud infrastructure. Your hands-on experience with AWS (or GCP), Kubernetes, service mesh (e.g., Istio), Terraform, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD is extensive.
• Strategic Leadership: You don’t just follow trends; you set them. You have a track record of guiding teams through significant DevOps transformations in complex enterprise environments.
• Proactive Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes initiative. You identify challenges, propose solutions, and communicate your ideas clearly and effectively across teams in a documentation-driven environment.
• Architectural Rigor: You believe that great systems are built on clear, well-documented architecture. You design for clarity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Platform Vision: You see the bigger picture. You have experience (and perhaps certifications) in building internal developer platforms that empower engineering teams through automation and clear observability.
