The impact you’ll make:

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to take a key role in shaping Yettel’s data-driven decisions. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Business Intelligence solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensure stability and performance of BI systems, and drive continuous improvements that elevate how we use data across the company.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements to design effective BI solutions
• Develop, configure, test, and document BI systems, reports, and data models
• Optimize performance of BI platforms through tuning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare technical plans, operational procedures, and collaborate with vendors when needed
• Contribute to BI-related projects, providing technical expertise and documentation
• Lead internal and user acceptance testing, implementation, monitoring, and change management
• Conduct trainings and support users in their daily work with BI systems
• Proactively suggest improvements and define standards to enhance BI efficiency

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Data Transformation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and transformation
• BI Systems Knowledge: Proven track record in BI platforms, data modeling, reporting, and system optimization
• Analytical & Technical Thinking: Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust BI solutions
• Communication & Collaboration: Skilled at presenting insights and working with stakeholders across teams
• Project Execution: Experience driving BI-related projects from requirements to implementation and support
• Organization & Planning: Strong ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery
• Reliability & Integrity: Commitment to data security, quality standards, and professional accountability
