Role Overview:

Ensure the quality and reliability of business systems and digital solutions by leading complex test activities, driving automation strategies, and mentoring junior testers within Agile teams. The Senior Test Analyst acts as a bridge between testing and business/technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead test planning and design for medium to large-scale projects across multiple systems and teams
• Perform requirement analysis and ensure test coverage is aligned with business needs
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests (API/UI/Performance)
• Take ownership of end-to-end quality for assigned releases or features
• Ensure testing meets compliance, security, and performance standards
• Drive root cause analysis of defects and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain reusable test assets and automation scripts
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies
• Participate in and sometimes lead defect triage and release planning sessions
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors and internal teams
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of QA best practices
• Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior test analysts
• Promote a proactive quality culture across Agile teams
• Maintain compliance with internal policies related to information security, data protection, and health & safety

We expect from you:

• Testing Expertise: Solid experience in software testing within Agile delivery environments, with a strong understanding of test life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Automation Skills: Proficient in using test automation frameworks such as Selenium, REST Assured, or similar to ensure scalable and maintainable test coverage.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Postman for API testing, JIRA and Confluence for test documentation and collaboration, TestRail for test case management, and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Test Design & Strategy: Advanced knowledge of test design techniques, test planning, and implementation of automation strategies that align with business goals.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying issues and opportunities for improvement throughout the testing process.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PL/SQL for database validation, Git for version control, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient test integration is considered a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling smooth collaboration in international teams.
