The impact you’ll make:
We are looking for Project Management Expert who leads cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology solutions, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, stakeholder requirements, and established quality standards. This role combines technical project management expertise with strong leadership to drive successful project outcomes within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders and provide timely project updates
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Project Management Experience: Previous experience in IT project management, preferably in solution delivery environments with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Methodological Expertise: Strong grasp of various project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) with ability to select and apply the most suitable methodology for each project.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and ability to effectively utilize them for project planning and tracking.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and maintain effective stakeholder communication across all organizational levels.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and tracking project expenses with strong analytical capabilities.
• Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining project momentum and deliverables.
• Professional Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are preferred, showcasing commitment to project management excellence.
