    Role Overview:

    The Product Management Expert is responsible for end-to-end and lifecycle management of the company portfolio of products and services for a residential segment of mobile customers. He/she is responsible for the market analysis, creation, development, and delivery of new and optimizing existing products aiming to meet customer needs and fulfill emerging market demands in line with the company roadmap, market strategy, and goals. Manage relationships with external partners.

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • Innovative approach for developing mobile products
    • Constantly scout for new partnerships
    • End-to-end ownership of mobile and  digital products
    • Preparation  and update of the commercial products roadmap
    • Leads a product management process and involves other team members to the development and delivery of new products or improving existing ones
    • Monitors Product KPIs and proactively initiates marketing activities and/or product improvements to maximize customer experience and product performance
    • Lead the business requirements design and gathering process, business analysis, development, testing, and commercial launch of different products and services
    • Participates in vendor selection processes

    • Marketing & Digital Services Expertise: Proven experience in developing products and services for mobile consumer or business segments, with a strong background in marketing, partnerships, or digital services.
    • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to drive impactful decisions.
    • Project Management & Execution: Experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning with business objectives.
    • Executive-Level Communication: Competence in preparing and presenting strategic briefs to senior stakeholders.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs to enhance user experience and engagement.
    • Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Excellent negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships and collaborations.
    • Adaptability & Resilience: Capability to navigate and perform effectively in a fast-changing, high-paced environment.
    • Independence & Goal Orientation: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Fluent English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
