    Role Overview:

    As an IT Business Analyst – BSS, you will optimize and support the company’s Business Support Systems, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and process improvements. You’ll collaborate with teams and vendors to implement new solutions, upgrades, and strategic initiatives in billing and order management. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on efficiency and system accuracy.

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • IT Business analysis, configuration, support for UAT, planning and management of Company’s Business Support Systems.
    • Participate in development of functional specification documentation of new Business Support Systems.
    • Coordination role for implementation of additional software, new services and modification/ upgrades of existing ones.
    • Follow up the existing and take active role in building new processes and procedures; participate in development, establishment and documentation of internal procedures, rules, and requirements aiming to ensure smooth operation, effectiveness and accuracy of the Business Support Systems and related services/ infrastructure.
    • Participate in planning and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives, related to billing and order management in order to ensure integration of current and future technologies.
    • Develop solutions to complex problems and work together with the system designers aiming at integrating these solutions with the current systems.
    • Participate in integration of third-party systems/ applications to Company Business Support Systems.
    • Ensure the accuracy of newly implemented solutions, applications or features in the Business Support System.

    We expect from you:

    • Technology & Systems Expertise: Extensive experience in Technology Area (Billing, IT, Engineering, Operations) within a telecom operator, with a strong understanding of customer-oriented applications and processes.
    • Database Management & SQL: Solid knowledge of RDBMS theory, including SQL, with hands-on experience in Oracle and PL/SQL as an advantage.
    • Technical Architecture & Trends: Awareness of technology trends and architectural approaches, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
    • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify solutions, and drive process improvements.
    • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to shared goals.
    • Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
