You will be:
designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and a state-of-the-art lakehouse within Google Cloud,
managing and optimizing robust data models,
developing efficient ELT processes with tools like DBT and Fivetran to collect, transform, and load data from various sources,
collaborating with data scientists and analysts to generate valuable, data-driven insights.
ensuring well-structured, accessible datasets that support the analytics team,
safeguarding data integrity by implementing solid validation processes,
troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data integration and processing,
staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in Google Cloud, data engineering, and analytics.
Your profile:
ready to start within 6 weeks,
at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or a similar role, preferably in a Google Cloud environment (a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certificate or similar certification is a strong plus but not mandatory),
expertise in data warehouses, ETL processes, and tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, DBT, SQL, and Python,
experience with data modeling, Data Vault, database design, and query optimization is a must,
strong problem-solving skills and can tackle complex technical challenges,
fluent in English, both spoken and written,
enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive work atmosphere,
understand customer needs and can translate them into valuable data solutions.
Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required.
