Solution Architect

WorkNomads is seeking a Solution Architect to join our diverse team, working remote or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Architect and integrate ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) and CRM systems for manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor clients
• Design scalable API, middleware, and event-driven architectures to connect enterprise ecosystems
• Develop solution blueprints that bridge business, application, and data layers
• Ensure seamless integration across systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed automation and CI/CD into delivery pipelines
• Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business outcomes
• Provide architecture governance and technical leadership to project teams

The tools in your backpack:

• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor industries is a plus
• Deep expertise in ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and CRM systems, Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of API management, middleware platforms, and event-driven design
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architecture
• Awareness of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver complex integration projects end-to-end
