    We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team!

    To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases. You will work together with the engineering department to find and solve engineering challenges in the field of process design and simulations.

    You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
    • Mid to Senior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines
    • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the design, production cycle and quality metrics.
    • Synthesize complex technical design information from diverse areas into comprehensive reports, adhering to quality standards.
    • Work autonomously to liaise with various engineering teams and departments, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.
    • Define project scope, schedules, and engineering hour estimates in response to customer RFQs, integrating input from all relevant engineering disciplines.
    • Lead presentations and articulate technical solutions to both business units and customers, ensuring clarity and confidence.
    • Developing specifications for the project/ production needed equipment.

    The tools in your backpack:

    • Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial engineering, automation or other relevant fields
    • Skilled in building effective cross-functional relationships within an organization.
    • Excellent in English; French and Dutch are considered as an advantage
    • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, CAD modelling programs
    • Autodesk products are considered as an advantage
    • Knowledge of PlantSim is considered as an advantage
    • Knowledge of industrial infrastructure requirements and specifics is considered as an advantage
    • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, required during peak project phases.
    • Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
