As a Customer Service Back-office Guru, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and coliving/hotel guests, handling a diverse range of responsibilities. You’re passionate about working with different kinds of CRM and PMS systems and their functionalities have no secrets for you. From managing group bookings, events, and transport arrangements to being the primary point of contact for our clients preparing their contracts, your exceptional communication skills will shine through in your email, phone, and in-person interactions. Your problem-solving abilities will be essential to provide suitable solutions that exceed expectations.
We are recruiting a Customer Service Back-office Guru to join our team. The role starts as hybrid, requiring some on-site presence at the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria, and can transition to fully remote once the person is familiar with the job.
Tasks/duties:
Handling group, event bookings and accommodations at WorkNomads’ Hotel
Being a dedicated point of contact for our clients both through email and on the phone
Prepare contracts for the clients (based on templates)
Answer reviews on booking websites and social media
Assist our Nomads with their reservations and travel arrangements
Handle administrative tasks and create social security declarations necessary for travel for our Nomads
Manage Nomads’ requests and complaints to find a suitable solution
Ensure clients’ payment is received before their arrival
Working with our PMS (property management systems) and CRM (customer relationship systems)
Required skills/qualifications:
Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Being organized and punctual with all tasks
Problem-solving abilities and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
Technology-oriented person quick to adapt to new software and technology
Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial vision to lead the company to greater success
Curiosity, strong analytical skills, self-drive and attention to detail
Disciplined and independent
