We are investing in our Sofia operation & growing our team and are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will help the team build an organised data infrastructure using dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau to feed the business with insights. You will model raw data into finalised tables, provide in-depth analysis, and build reporting tools to inform With’s decision making and business strategy. The role will cover data concerned with commercial, finance, product usage, and marketing areas of the business.

Day-to-day the successful applicant will build models in dbt, run end-to-end dashboarding projects, commit and review SQL code, and help with ad hoc requests from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End to end project work – work with stakeholders to scope, design, and model the data, run analysis, build reporting dashboards, and present back to stakeholders.
• Become a With data expert – we expect our BI team to be the bridge between our stakeholder’s questions and the data.
• Support the team and collaborate with other teams to architect, develop, and maintain sustainable best-practice data structures.
• Support ad-hoc data analytics requests from internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• High proficiency in using data visualisation tools (Tableau preferable), being able to construct complex dashboards.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency – (CTEs, window functions, transformational comman ds)
• Experience in B2B commercial and operational reporting. Platform / subscription experience is preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualisations and reports
• Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
• Preferred – Exposure to SQL orchestration tools – dbt, SQL mesh etc.
