As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully delivering implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Module for our customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals and maximize the value of their investment. You will lead workshops, configure solutions, and support user acceptance testing, while also providing expert consulting on system features and business processes.

*This role is eligible for Bulgarian residents.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations, focusing on Bulgarian payroll.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll processes, incorporating local payroll expertise and ensure seamless and functional implementation meeting client specifications.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, and country-specific settings for Bulgaria.
• Facilitate workshops to demonstrate system functionalities and best practices.
• Gather customer requirements and document them accurately.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure a smooth deployment and release to the production environment.
• Work closely with external and internal parties to communicate project goals, updates, and required tasks, like integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors Modules.
• Provide significant transfer of SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers.
• Ensure customers are well-equipped to utilize SuccessFactors solutions effectively.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous experience in implementing and/or administering SAP HCM Payroll (on premise) and/or SAP SuccessFactors ECP module.
• Thorough knowledge of Bulgarian payroll processes, including labor, social security and tax regulations along with statutory reporting
• SAP SuccessFactors ECP module’s certification is a plus.
• Experience with an integrated HR/Payroll system, including the management and troubleshooting of system interfaces. Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements documentation skills.
• Proficiency in configuring solutions and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Ability to consult and communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Desire for continuous learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English Language.
