We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Agile Business Analyst to join our IT Product Development team. You will work on strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support the long-term vision of the enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. You will also play a key part throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure that implemented solutions deliver real business value.
What you will be doing:
Analyze and define the scope and requirements of incoming initiatives
Write well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, alignment, and testability
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions
Conduct impact analysis to identify affected systems, teams, and potential risks
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
Coordinate with Solution Architects and Development teams to design feasible and scalable solutions
Lead or support business process reengineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Participate actively in the design of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business expectations
Support data analysis activities to identify business patterns, trends, and potential areas for AI or automation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and the overall quality of IT services delivered
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in ICT/IT
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/IT environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (experience with SAFe is a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Working with multilingual distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources
Nice to have:
Experience in AI-related initiatives (e.g., automation, ML, NLP use cases)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts
Background in industries such as telecom, finance, or insurance
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools
