We’re a growing legal tech startup building tools that simplify and automate complex legal workflows. Our team is international (Bulgaria & France), remote-first, and driven by curiosity, simplicity, and clean engineering.

To support our growth, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will help us scale our platform, improve our deployment pipelines, and ensure reliability and security across our infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

As our DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our infrastructure and deployment workflows, working closely with the development team to improve performance, reliability, and delivery speed.

Your responsibilities:

Designing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines.

Managing application deployments

Building and maintaining environment automation (staging, preproduction, production).

Monitoring performance, security, and reliability across all services.

Setting up observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts).

Maintaining the backup architecture

Collaborating with developers to streamline development workflows and DevOps culture.

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Linux

Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

Scripting skills (Python and/or Bash).

Understanding of networking, security principles, and system monitoring.

Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with autonomy.

Fluent in English and Bulgarian.

Bonus Skills:

Docker

Experience deploying AI/ML workloads

Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration

French speaking

Interest in legal tech or document automation
