Senior AI Engineer

We are building an AI platform that accelerates the Software Development Lifecycle by leveraging AI agents, automating routine engineering work, and empowering developers with intelligent tools.

As an AI Engineer, you won’t just write code — you will design AI driven systems that transform how engineering teams operate.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows across the SDLC
• Enhance documentation processes
• Accelerate development with AI-assisted coding
• Improve PR analysis and code review
• Optimize test documentation and testing workflows
• Support deployment workflows
• Enhance support and operations
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack)
• Strong proficiency in .NET and/or Python. Ability to connect classical software engineering practices with modern AI capabilities
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools used to build and orchestrate AI agents)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and other AI solutions that enhance productivity and code quality)
• Experience embedding AI into coding, testing, documentation, and review processes to automate and accelerate delivery
• Expertise in automation and workflow design
