Drive technical decision-making, maintain code quality, and enforce best practices in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 5/6/7/8)
Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals and project timelines
Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the team
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing and selecting top .NET talent
Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and foster continuous improvement in development processes
Ensure smooth project delivery by balancing innovation, technical debt, and deadlines
Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, containers)
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring tools
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus
Leadership & Management
1+ years of experience in people management, leading teams of 5 or more engineers
Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top technical talent
Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and resource management
Strong interviewing and technical assessment skills
Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
