Group Manager .NET

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of .NET developers, ensuring career development and high engagement
• Drive technical decision-making, maintain code quality, and enforce best practices in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 5/6/7/8)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals and project timelines
• Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the team
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing and selecting top .NET talent
• Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and foster continuous improvement in development processes
• Ensure smooth project delivery by balancing innovation, technical debt, and deadlines

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, containers)
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus

Leadership & Management

• 1+ years of experience in people management, leading teams of 5 or more engineers
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top technical talent
• Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and resource management
• Strong interviewing and technical assessment skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
