We are an experienced innovation company and we are looking for a Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Front-End Engineer to join our network of more than 6000+ consultants in 22+ countries.

The ideal candidate’s skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware), including SFRA and ISML template integration
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SCSS), including semantic markup and styling
• Solid understanding of responsive web design (RWD), including breakpoints, grids, adaptive layouts, and CSS variables
• Experience with animations, micro-interactions, and transitions using CSS and motion design principles
• Knowledge of web performance optimization (images, fonts, assets) and adherence to GreenUX practices
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (ADA) and ability to build inclusive user experiences
• Skilled in API integration and connecting third-party systems
• Proficient with Git for version control, collaboration, and managing pull requests
• Experience using and maintaining design systems and style guides, including tools like Storybook
• Familiar with e-commerce concepts and challenges
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Effective team player with collaboration skills across design and backend teams
• Strong time management, prioritization, and accountability
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and guides
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher

Optional:

• Emailing templates (SFCC, Adobe Campaign): Experience managing and integrating emailing templates in Salesforce.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with Composable Storefront (PWA Kit).

The role

The front-end integrator will be primarily responsible for integrating and optimizing web interfaces using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), with a special focus on integration quality, web performance, and accessibility. You will work closely with the design team and other frontend developers to ensure an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modular integration of design systems and components: You will be responsible for the modular integration of design systems and components, adhering to best front-end practices.
• Pixel-perfect integration & animations: You will perform pixel-perfect integrations of designs and implement smooth and dynamic animations.
• Responsive design & accessibility: You will ensure that pages are responsive (adaptable to all screen types and resolutions) and that page elements comply with accessibility standards (ADA).
• Web performance optimization: You will implement front-end optimizations to improve site performance (images, videos, fonts, etc.) and reduce loading time.
• Collaboration with design team: You will work directly with UX/UI designers to implement visual mockups and prototypes.
• Technical documentation & best practices: You will be responsible for writing technical documentation, front-end guidelines, and promoting best practices regarding design, performance, and accessibility.
• Audits and benchmarking: You will regularly conduct front-end audits to ensure code quality and performance, as well as benchmark web performance and UX/UI design.
• Project tracking: You will track project progress and contribute to managing deadlines and budgets while ensuring high-quality code delivery.
