Тhe Job 

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Specialist to join our team, collaborating closely with our colleagues at Lufthansa Technik, to drive the digitalization and modernization of our business systems. This role demands a deep understanding of user experience design and exceptional research skills to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Some of your key responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and understand the detailed user and business requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive research and user testing to gather insights into user behaviors and needs, ensuring the solutions enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop clear and effective UI/UX strategies based on research data. Implement these strategies in designing cohesive and innovative user interfaces.

We’re looking for a person with:

• Minimum of 3 years in UX design
• Strong proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing successful UX solutions.
• Strong understanding of usability and user psychology.
• Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. „Ego“ is a hated word.

Can Be an Advantage 

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or а related field.
• Advanced certifications in UX design are highly advantageous.
• Experience in enterprise-level projects.
