The Job
We are looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Sofia. As a Business Analyst, you need to be closely familiar with Requirement Analysis and SDLC and will be expected to leverage that knowledge to develop sustainable solutions, develop your expertise, and grow together as a team.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the team members
• Analyze business requirements and distill functional and nonfunctional specifications and user stories
• Be proactive in clarifying functional and nonfunctional requirements with business stakeholders and the team members
• Define priorities for the implementation and take ownership of the scope of the development projects
• Drive improvements in our toolset, standards, and software solutions
• Oversee roadmaps and risk registers, and manage stakeholders’ expectations.

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a person with:
• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Expertise in SDLC with a desire to learn even more. Ability to drive requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Experience with Agile software delivery models, like Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in distilling requirements and writing user stories.
• Expertise in defining UAT requirements and driving deliverables acceptance.
• Obsession with building outstanding solutions and solving complex business cases with new technologies.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders is a must.
• Ambition and eagerness to learn and reach new levels of technical and personal mastery. Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and tackle unexpected challenges.
• Intolerance of mediocrity, enthusiasm, and drive to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Self-discipline and precision in organizing and focusing your attention effectively. You can be entrusted with responsibilities, manage, and keep deadlines.
• Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. “Ego” is a hated word.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
