The Job
Аs part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you will be acting as the team’s product voice-turning business goals into well-shaped work, keeping the backlog healthy, and enabling predictable delivery through the Scrum events.
Some of your key responsibilities
• Own the backlog & roadmap: translate goals into epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria; prioritize by value/risk; keep Jira/Confluence current.
• Lead discovery & process modeling: interviews, data review, BPMN/flows; align scope/decisions with stakeholders and Architects/PMs; bring insights back to the team.
• Run sprint prep end-to-end: drive refinement (Definition of Ready, thin vertical slices), capacity & estimation, and Sprint Planning with a clear Sprint Goal; maintain the Sprint Backlog.
• Assure quality & readiness: coordinate QA/UAT scenarios, data/environment needs and non-functionals; drive UAT to in-sprint acceptance; support the team in Demo and Retro.
• Manage delivery visibility: handle risks/dependencies and trade-offs; keep roadmap↔backlog traceability and progress visible to stakeholders and the Scrum team.

What We Are Looking For
• 3+ years as a BA or PO in an Agile environment, with strong SDLC knowledge and hands-on story writing/refinement.
• Solid experience running UAT and managing acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; comfort presenting options and making decisions.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders is a must.
• Ambition and eagerness to learn and reach new levels of technical and personal mastery.
• Ability to grasp new concepts effectively, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and tackle unexpected challenges.
• Self-discipline and precision in organizing and focusing your attention effectively.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
