What you will do:

• Actively participate in the requirements gathering and analysis process, evaluating implementation solutions to ensure seamless integration with other banking systems and interfaces, in compliance with the Bank’s IT and Security standards;
• Prepare comprehensive functional specifications for new functionalities, including data identification, algorithm definition, data transformation flows, and expected outcomes;
• Design and document test scenarios to validate software developments and ensure quality assurance;
• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain new or existing banking products and features within the Bank’s satellite systems;
• Investigate and resolve functional incidents and issues across various systems within the Bank;
• Collaborate with design, delivery, and business teams to define the roadmap and feature set of assigned digital products (e.g., workflow solutions, digital customer interaction channels);
• Gain in-depth understanding of current business processes to re-design them into simplified, digital-friendly workflows, ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders;
• Translate user stories and feature specifications into clear documentation for system analysts and developers, providing full context on business needs and expected functionality.

Your profile:

• University degree in Information Technologies, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another technical discipline;
• Experience in system and business analysis, including application development management in AGILE, KANBAN, or LEAN environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Team player with the ability to adapt and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Advantages:

• Working knowledge of MS SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases;
• Familiarity with Web Services – REST and SOAP protocols.
• Excellent command of English language.
